"We don’t employ any junior consultants," writes Bryson, "so you would have to be highly experienced with some or all of the Oracle BI Stack (OBIEE, OWB, ODI, the Oracle Database, Hyperion), preferably have consulting experience, and excellent client-facing skills. Our consultants also provide all of our training services, and most of us write and speak at conferences, so being articulate and passionate about Oracle BI is another requirement.
