I use gpg4win in Mailer and want to use a PGP email. but I cant solve this pgp error. "The input pass phrase meets neither of the listed key"

[Environment] OS: Vista Business SP2 GnuPG 2.0.12(gpg4win)

decrypt and encrypt are possible.
