How to use ICommand in Silverlight 4

I see a great deal of information that says "yes the ICommand bits will ship with SL 4" but I can't seem to find an official post / example / etc

Does anyone know if this is supported with the Silverlight 4 RTM runtime? If so do you know what namespace it can be found?
