I'm looking to pick up a used computer. It is a Phenom 955 + 4 gigs of ram + Crossfire 2x Radeon HD 4770.
How would this Crossfire combo compare to a single video card?

I'm installing backtrack to use for a project for my wireless networking class. I have an Acer Aspire One netbook and I'm installing from bootable USB stick.
When I type "startx", it goes through the motions of giving me a bunch of text, followed by: "Fatal server error: no screens found"

I have a PCG-252L All-in-one desktop. Last week it downloaded some updates, restarted, and even since then is shows nothing but a white screen.
I can hear the beeps on startup, screen changes from white to black a couple of times, and then stays white.
There's no VGA or HDMI port on the computer…

Does anyone know if it is possible to rotate a monitor from landscape to portrait mode on Windows Server 2003 32-bit with an ATI video card?
According to Dell's site, I should be able to rotate my Dell P2310H monitor by installing drivers from their website, but they don't have drivers for Windows…

I so sick and tired of having my components pass the minimum requirements of a game and then I get 15 FPS on the game on everything low.
