IIS7 windows server 2008R2 how to set Cognos8 application under default website as startpage?

Hi All,

I really would like to know how i can set my application 'Cognos8' as startpage when just typing the host name of the server.

When i now type my hostname 'http://myhost' i get the iistart.htm page instead i would like to be able to get 'http://myhost/Cognos8'. tried http redirect to redirect myhost to myhost/cognos8 which ends in a loop. i tried to set the physical path of default web site to the physical path of my Cognos8 application but also this does not seem to work.

i know this should not to hard. Can someone please point i in the right direction?
