php Services_Facebook: some users are considered as not logged-in

Hiya.

I'm using Services_Facebook pear package with php 5.3.2 to create a facebook app, it seems that some users can see the application and the application can fetch their info properly, and on some users that script detects as they're not logged in.

using the default example as shown in the following URL:

http://wiki.developers.facebook.com/index.php/PHP

using latest Services_Facebook version.

any ideas? thanks
