I just wanna ask if there's a way to create a 'screensaver'/other running window in WPF that will be displayed after the main window is 'idled' (no 'movements' happening inside the main window) like for about a minute or two.

I use the xlib functions. I successfully recurse from the root window to print all the informations about all the element on display.
