I know there are lots of web sites that offer online TV/Stream viewing, such as : http://tvunetworks.com , http://www.hulu.com/ and more, but the source of their streams are usually well hidden, I wonder if there is any open source project that collects the online TV/video/Webcam sources so that TV stations and individuals can publicly list their stream source in the following format, you can copy the urls below into a browser and start watching :

Even if there is no public open source project, is there any where that I can find such a list so that I can get to the stream urls ?
