Printer recommendation

Hi guys,

I'm looking to buy a printer for home use and I'm not sure which one to get. I'm not very good when it comes to printers. Here's what I'm looking for:

cheap (least $ per page)
good quality (last longest, any specific brands to avoid?)
not heavy printing (let's say ~5 pages per week)
OK quality (I don't need "the best". I'm not going to print any photos but will need color)
can scan, fax, and print
