Seeing some posts that say 10 million rows in a table is nothing made me wonder: Just how big are most production databases? I'm not talking about physical disk size of the database (saying 60 GB tells me nothing), I'm wondering how many rows.

Personally the largest DB I've ever worked with was a test DB of a production system with 10 million rows. But I've seen people brag about DB's in the billions of rows.
