What's the best way to re-install Ubuntu on my triple-boot system?

I have a triple boot system with Windows, Ubuntu 10.10 and 11.04, installed in that order, plus a "Data" Partition that has all my data, what I want to do is remove the 11.04, because I haven't booted into it for over a month, and I am afraid if I try to do any updates it will bork the system...

I would like to install a fresh copy of 11.04 and leave the rest of the system intact, what is the best way to do this?
