Intel Graphic card problem

Hello,

I am facing a problem in installing the right driver for my computer "HP dv4 2154ca"

The problem that I tried to install it couple of times but the xorg.conf file is still empty no matter what

So my question is why is this file empty and how could I generate it correctly for my device

The problem that I think this thing is causing is that when I maximize flash to full screen it lags the video will go slower while the sound will go smooth
