If I try to watch any flash video, I get a notification bubble telling me that the Shockwave Flash plugin has crashed.

The following plug-in has crashed: Shockwave Flash

When run from the terminal, I get this error whenever flash crashes:

[xxxx:xxxx:xxxxxxxxxx:FATAL:base/process_util_linux.cc(594)] Out of memory.

where the 'x's are seemingly random numbers.

Chromium reports its version as 9.0.597.94 (73967). I have tested in other browsers (Midori, Firefox) and flash works properly there. This is a new problem, that I assume was caused by an upgrade.

How can I fix this?
