How to embed word doc as background picture of an Access report using .EMF or equivalent ?

My company's standard paper has logo, address and all the details in the right margin with a vertical blue line. I have that as a word template. I want to have the same thing as the background of my Invoices report.
I managed to do that 5 years ago by saving to EMF format (vector format, prints out nicely) and putting the file as the background of the report.
Now my company is moving, and I need to change the address on my invoices, but I can't find out how I did to convert the word doc to EMF.
Any suggestion ? By EMF or another process, but I want to avoid BMP, which is huge and does not print nicely.
