Silvelight child window

Hi All.. I m a new to software development.Now i m working as a trainee.

I want to create a child window in silverlight 4 but when the child window pop-up the parent window should not be disable. Why i need this because when child window is open i need some data from parent window. Whether its possible?Can any one help me? If any one want more details then pls ask?My email id is [email protected].
