there is some way to modify multiple html file in multiple folders ?

I want to apply a new html design template over an old html website , the website it is quite big , and doing this manually will take me quite a long time

for example ,

Template A and Template B website

Template B it is a complete website , but i want a program to overwrite parts of the code ,

i need title / meta tags / and elements to remain , while the rest of the template will change

i know about notepad++ but i don't know how to set it up to give me the right output
