how can i fix this problem with mount volume in ubuntu 10.10?

I have two operating system: ubuntu 10.10 and windows 7 ultimate.

I trisected my HDD.One of these is for main Windows files,one of this for ubuntu system and the last drive which must be accessible on both of two system is for common files (musics, films, etc). This last partition is J: in Windows.

Unfortunately when I was setting up ubuntu 10.10 while disk partition, I forgot mount my J drive as /windows and accidentally mounted it as swap .

Then, I tried to do this visible in ubuntu.But I couldn't myself. Device : /dev/sda4 and whenever I try to do this I always get this error :

Error mounting: mount exited with exit code 1: helper failed with:
mount: according to mtab, none is already mounted on none
mount failed
