What is the difference between Static code analysis and code review?

I just wanted to know what is the difference between static code analysis and code review. How these two are done? What are the tools available today for code review/ static analysis of PHP. I also like to know about good tools for any language code review.

Note: I am asking this because I was not able to understand the difference. Please, I expect some answers than "I am Mr.Geek and you asked an irrelevant bla bla..... this is closed". I know this sounds mean. But I am sorry.
