sftp Bad message - (badly formatted packet or protocol incompatibility)

I have two servers connected through SFTP. When I'm trying to upload file

DONATE_SPLATNOSTSFRB-1503_20120315.xls.gpg

via WinSCP, it works fine, but when I change file name to

DONATE_SPLATNOSTSFRB-1503_20120315.gpg

it sometimes upload to server and sometimes not. When It's uploaded, I have problems to delete it. I get this error message:

Bad message - (badly formatted packet or protocol incompatibility)
Error code: 5
Error message from server: Bad Message
Request code: 13

Others files works fine e.g.: DONATE_PREDSFRB-0212_20120315.gpg
