Ubuntu12.04 - launched applications, not staying in same desktop

My question is why a launched application, if it has loading time like netbeans, eclipse jdeveloper etc.

If i go to desktop3 and launch an application and then go to desktop 2 while I wait, then when it has loaded the application will launch in desktop2. Is there anyway to change this? I find it highly annoying since i on startup would like to launch 3-4 big applications, leave my computer while loadingf, and then return.

But i cant leave since i have to launch them sequential instead of simultaneous... Help please :-)
