Can't connect to the svn server

I've a VPS with a svn server installed on it.

When I try to connect to it I get a connection error like:

Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'svn://nax.tolstoy.eu' I know is not my home connection because i have another svn server wokring.

Anyway, the server is listening the port.

 tcp 0 0 :::3690 :::* LISTEN 6023/svnserve

And I can't acces via telnet too.

(Server doesn't have iptables, as much I can see)

Any idea?
