at work ive installed ubuntu 10.10 and love using the Super+a keyboard shortcut to switch between my windows. at home i use kubuntu 12.04 and miss that feature. ive seen a video on youtube and know that it is possible but couldn't figure out how.

Super + A | Enables the 'scale' effect, it shows all windows from all workspaces.
