How to fix openGL error for Vmware Workstation 9?

I have recently installed Vmware workstation 9 on Ubuntu 12.04 & i have migrated my VM's from windows to Ubuntu 12.04 . Now i am getting openGL error & it says no 3D acceleration as shown in pic below

How Do I Fix It ?

Before i have windows 7 ( host os ) & it was working fine with 3D Acceleration & no OpenGL error . Now my i have Ubuntu 12.04 ( host os ) & openGL error

The Laptop is DELL INSPIRON N5110
