it started with a broken package

all started when i tried to updated to the latest lts, but the problen is that the update interumpted and some broken packages apeared, i used synaptics to repair, but it wont repair, iv tried some console from some forum topic ... and in the end when i try to open synaptic or update managre this is what apears any ideas :
