Calendar like tool for managing multiple clients simultaneously?

I've tried several systems to keep my clients requests / work organized, but somehow they still fall through the cracks.

I don't like the idea of a bug tracker-like site for every client (I would not check them all).

Ideally, it's all in one page but separated by client.

What systems do you guys use?

I'm about to just use a spreadsheet with columns for clients. Just curious if there's something better out there :)

I've seen smartsheet in action which is basically a really nice spreadsheet that shows bars of time between things that are due. This looks promising.
