I presented a session “A techies guide to combating bugs & poor performance in production” at the Microsoft IT Visual Studio Launch event. 

The key message was to demonstrate what common production issues (non-reproducible bugs and poor performance) techie’s run into and how the tooling in Visual Studio can help you efficiently tackle these issues. Remember, a Techie without efficient tools is only half the good!
