Good assembly tutorial for windows with eiter fasm or nasm

I have spent the last 3 hours google and bing for a good asm tutorial(x86 variety). I have been on this site for many of these results. Non have really been sufficient. Mainly because while i like learning theory, i learn it best via practice, while for example pc-asm has about 20-30 pages of theroy before anything practical. I was wondering if there was a tutorial or online pdf (or cheap book(<£20)) that i could use that suits my style of learning.
