hi everyone i'm still a newbie on linux ubuntu but there's a problem that's been bugging me and i haven't found an answer yet i recently upgrade from 12.04 to 12.10 and everything was fine but suddenly my pointer stop working and i was able to fix that however the menus on my computer started to look horrible like an old version of windows i'll leave a screenshot and i hope someone can help me thx in advance

I updated from 11.10 to 12.04 using the distribution upgrade, after that I couldn't log into using the Unity 3D desktop after logging in I would either never get unity's launcher or I would get the launcher and once I tried to do anything the windows lost their decoration and nothing would respond… >>> More
