Can't access newly created Subversion repos

Sorry in advance, I'm pretty new in server configuration.

So I followed this tutorial to install Subversion on my CentOS server. I'm at the part I should test the URL to make sure I can access it and that it's password protected, but it's not working, I can't access it.

What is wrong? Is there some config missing? I don't know what more details to give, but if you need some, please ask! :)
