It seems a little poor that nobody has a solution for this problem! because ubuntu 13.04 is great and i have the same probs with internal and external mic's i have never read a steatment from ubuntu developers (and i am searching for a few week's!!) there are some solution-suggestions but they do not work!

i find it a little bit weak that cannonical doesn't have a solution (it seems that this problem stays since 10.xx!)

if there is no solution in the next time i'll change to another distribution!
