How to display incoming trunk name at called device end with Asterisk?

We have an Asterisk with FreePBX, and using Grandstream and Panasonic VoIP phones.
Now when an incoming call rings on the phones only displays "Line 1" (as it is configured at account 1 on phone) and the caller number.
We would need to see the trunk name where the call comes.
Please, suggest how can be achieved. I was wondering about rewriting the callerID to extend by the trunk name (like "LP - +12345").
