How to draw a map for the game?

I wanted to make a small game, it will be about space. But I had a couple of questions, how to draw a map for the game? I would like to have lots of planets, possible consolidation of the system (as the solar system)

But how to draw these planets? Is it really necessary to draw them by hand?

I plan to give the names of the planets, but maybe I will not do what is best to do? Prompt Council
