USB Virtual RAM is not working properly

This images are help u in solving my question.1I have installed Windows 7 64 bit. I have made a virtual USB RAM but it is not working properly. First I go to the USB Properties>Ready Boost. Use this device as a virtual RAM and then click Apply then Ok. then I go to My Computer Properties>Advance system settings>Advance(tab)>Settings>Advance>Change. When i click on change button the USB is not here. What can I do. Please answer my question.
