Microsoft have issued a long article about Visual Studio “14” CTP at http://blogs.msdn.com/b/webdev/archive/2014/06/03/asp-net-vnext-in-visual-studio-14-ctp.aspx.

Please remember that the 14” CTP does NOT have “side-by-side” support and thus should be installed on PC or virtual machine with no other version of Visual Studio installed.
