  • PHPMyAdmin: "General relation features: Disabled"

    I've been looking around for something like this for a while, and I've found some tips on similar issues, but not exactly the same. I really don't know what to do. I downloaded and installed WAMP, and I have a MySQL and PHPMyAdmin setup according to common indications that can be found everywhere (securing MySQL root account, etc.). When I log into PHPMyAdmin (either as root or as pma), I see the following message at the bottom of the page: The additional features for working with linked tables have been deactivated. To find out why click here. And when following the link, got a page with the following: Server: localhost $cfg['Servers'][$i]['pmadb'] ... OK $cfg['Servers'][$i]['relation'] ... OK General relation features: Disabled $cfg['Servers'][$i]['table_info'] ... OK Display Features: Disabled $cfg['Servers'][$i]['table_coords'] ... OK $cfg['Servers'][$i]['pdf_pages'] ... OK Creation of PDFs: Disabled $cfg['Servers'][$i]['column_info'] ... OK Displaying Column Comments: Disabled Bookmarked SQL query: Disabled Browser transformation: Disabled $cfg['Servers'][$i]['history'] ... OK SQL history: Disabled $cfg['Servers'][$i]['designer_coords'] ... OK Designer: Disabled Somebody please explain to me, why the heck if all settings are "OK" the features remain "Disabled"? Note: at first all the settings were "not OK" and I managed to add the settings to config.inc.php, and then created the tables using scripts/create_tables.php. Of course I have already tried restarting the server or clearing the browser cache (several times, so I am sure the problem comes elsewhere).

    Has anyone came up with a way that I can connect to a view enviroment and not have to copy files or install software yet? I have heard of virtualizing the client. I would like to see it work similar to connecting to a view enviroment using a Linux machine. Where the desktop is launched through the browser.

  • Windows 7 updates KB978601 and KB979309 fail with error 800736B3

    Everytime I try to install this 2 updates I get the same error while I've succesfully installed other updates. I've tried to disable NOD32 antivirus and Spybot resident with no result. I've also tried to download the updates and open with the Windows Update Standalone Installer but it comes up with a message which states "The update is not applicable to your computer".

  • Java - Thread problem

    My question is related to all those methods(including Thread.sleep(...)) which throw InterruptedException. I found a statement on Sun's tutorial saying InterruptedException is an exception that sleep throws when another thread interrupts the current thread while sleep is active. Is that means that the interrupt will be ignored if the sleep is not active at the time of interrupt? Suppose I have two threads: threadOne and threadTwo. threadOne creates and starts threadTwo. threadTwo executes a runnable whose run method is something like: public void run() { : : try { Thread.sleep(10 * 1000); } catch (InterruptedException e) { return; } : : : // In the middle of two sleep invocations : : try { Thread.sleep(10 * 1000); } catch (InterruptedException e) { return; } : : } After thread creation, threadOne interrupts threadTwo. Suppose the threadTwo is in the middle of two sleep invocations at the time of interrupt (when no sleep method was active), then will the second sleep method throw InterrupteException as soon as it is invoked? If not, then will this interrupt will be ignored forever? How to be sure that threadTwo will always know about the interrupt (doesn't matter whether its one of the sleep method is active or not)?

  • JQuery multiple id index with form submit

    Hi folks, not sure how to do this as ID's are ment to be unique but this is a dynamically series of forms generated from a php array - based on reading the file names in a directory - with the same ID. What I need to do is identify which form so the data can be processed. And yes I know the form is incomplete i.e. field names etc. Any help/suggestions please - thanks in advance

    Hi, is there any build-in mechanism in Android, which could create a service or app that actully listens to some server from the out side.. something that will "Wake up" the phone and makes him receaving a message from an outside server (i am asking this coz most of the appz are working the way aroound, when the phone sending requests to an outside server to recieve data) is it possible any how ? thanks.

    Suppose Items and ItemTypes have numeric primary keys ItemID and ItemTypeID. Each Item is assigned an ItemType. I have a JQGrid to edit Items. When not in edit mode, I would like to see the name of the ItemType, not the ItemTypeID: TYPE | TITLE -----------+-------------------- Category A | Item 1 Category A | Item 2 Category B | Item 3 Category B | Item 4 In edit mode, I want to see a dropdown that displays the ItemType text, but that returns the ItemTypeID to the server.     hi, im using jquery in asp.net, if i try to use $.ajax functionality, i got this if i use it in a separate page it works.. when i put it in an ascx and put the ascx out of <form runat="server" >... tags it works if i put it between <form> tags , jquery works but it doesnt fire $.ajax event

I have this kind of links in the Site.Master <script src="/Scripts/jquery-1.4.2.js" type="text/javascript"></script> <script src="/Scripts/jquery.validate.js" type="text/javascript"></script> <script src="/Scripts/jquery-ui.js" type="text/javascript"></script> <script src="/Scripts/Common.js" type="text/javascript"></script> Common.js is my own helper file. jQuery works fine there, but when I try to call for example: $(document).ready(function() { $("#dialog").dialog(); }); I'll get "Microsoft JScript runtime error: Object doesn't support this property or method" Any ideas why this happens? jQuery Works fine, but jQuery UI doesn't.

    Hi All, I do have certificates in DER and PEM format, My goal is to retrieve the fields of Issuer and Subject And verify the Certificate with the CA public key and simultaneously verify CA certificate with the Root public key. I am able to retrieve all the details of issuer and subject But unable to verify the certificate. Please help.
