    Why I am not able to update the column based on a condition which is not the primary key.   • Pls help working with Dropdownlist in scroll window.

    Hi all, Data is stored in the database table with the field document type and document id. And displayed in the scrollwindow, scrollwindow is editable. Data displayed like this: In scrollwindow dropdown items are quote, order, invoice etc. And suppose for Quote type document id is QTE100, and for order is ORD100 etc. In this format data is displayed in the scrollwindow. Here my query is at run time when user change the document type say for Quote to Order warning message should display like “This range is not valid”. And since the scrollwindow editable when user select any new document type from dropdown list system should allow to add that new document type and should not display any message. Pls somebody help me how can I achieve this???pls………pls…......pls For this I have written this code in dropdown document change event. Document Type Site_Scroll Document Type_CHG: warning "The range entered isn't valid."; clear window 'Document Type Site_Scroll'; fill window 'Document Type Site_Scroll' table sop_site_line_temp; But whenever I am changing any document from existing one getting the warning message like “This range is not valid” this is expected, but after changing when the window is filled again by temp table focus is setting to document type dropdown list. One more thing whenever I am going to select any new document type from document type I am getting the same warning message which is not expected, system should allow user to select new document type without giving any warning message. Pls….somebody give me some idea or pls modify my code….

Then I must delete first object, and once again show values of fields of both objects.     Hello, When you issue the command ls in Linux you get this sort of thing: drwxr--r-- 1 fred editors 4096 drafts -rw-r--r-- 1 fred editors 30405 file1.php -r-xr-xr-x 1 fred fred 8460 file2.php I know that the rwxrwxrwx are the read, write and execute permissions for the current user. And I think I know that 'fred' is the user who owns the file. So I assume fred can write to file1 but no one else can. But what is the extra bit 'editors' and what is the difference between file1 and file2 with respect to one having an ownership of 'fred editors' and the other 'fred fred'? Also if a web user connects to one of the files, what is their user name and where is this decided? If the server decided that user connecting from the web was going to be fred, does this mean any web user could write to file1? Any information welcomed, I am resaerching this but just getting confused. Thanks

  • Hibernate doesn't generate cascade

    Hi. I have a set hibernate.hbm2ddl.auto to create so that Hibernate creates the tables in mysql for me. However, it doesn't seem that hibernate correctly adds Cascade on the references in the table. It does however work when I for instance delete a row, and I have a delete cascade as hibernate annotation. So I guess that means that Hibernate reads the annoation on runtime, and perform cascading manually? Is that normal behavior? For instance: @Entity class Report { @OneToOne(cascade = CascadeType.ALL) public File getPdf() { return pdf; } } Here I have set cascade to ALL. However, when running show create table Report Report | CREATE TABLE `Report` ( `id` bigint(20) NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT, `pdf_id` bigint(20) DEFAULT NULL, PRIMARY KEY (`id`), KEY `FK91B14154FDE6543A` (`pdf_id`), CONSTRAINT `FK91B14154FDE6543A` FOREIGN KEY (`pdf_id`) REFERENCES `File` (`id`) ) ENGINE=InnoDB DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8 | It doesn't say anything about cascading other then the foreign key. In my opinion, it should have added the ON DELETE CASCADE ON DELETE UPDATE

  • any way to get sharepoint groups with a given site url

    Hi all. I'm getting a stuck. Suppose that I create 5 sites. For each one, I create a few sharepoint groups. So, I create a dropdownlist control to bind 5 sites and when I click on any site there, I will get sharepoint groups created on it. But I always see the dropdownlist used to bind these groups still never change. I mean it only binds a few default groups in sahrepoint everytime. The new created groups is not. And I have confusion like this web.AssociatedGroups web.Groups web.SiteGroups which one we will use this case ? Being arr the array, I used just to write: puts arr Then I needed to use the DOS format end-of-line: \r\n, so I wrote: arr.each { |e| print "#{e}\r\n" } This works correctly, but I would like to know if there is a way to specify what end-of-line format to use so that I could write something like: $eol = "\r\n" puts arr UPDATE I know that puts will use the correct line-endings depending on the platform it is run on, but I need this because I will write the output to a file.

  • Sharepoint Foundation 2010 installation problems

    I'm having problems installing development machine for Sharepoint (Foundation) 2010. This is what I did so far on the same machine: Installed a clean Windows 7 x64 with 4GB of RAM without being part of any domain. Just a simple standalone machine. Enabled IIS related features as described here except IIS6 related ones (two of them) Installed SQL Server 2008 R2 Development Edition (DB Engine and Writer being enabled but not SQL Agent) Installed Visual Studio 2010 Premium Started installing Sharepoint Foundation 2010 with first extracting files, changing config to enable Windows 7 installation and then installed it as Server Farm (then Complete) to avoid installing SQL Express. Created a separate SPF_CONFIG local user with Logon on as a service right. Opened SPF Management Shell and run New-SPConfigurationDatabase so I am able to use a non-domain username (SPF_CONFIG that I created in the previous step) But all I get is this: The outcome after this error is: Database Sharepoint2010Config is created User SPF_CONFIG is added to SQL Server and attached to this newly created database as dbowner and checking SQL server security logins this user has following rights: dbcreator securityadmin public

    hi, I'm passing data to a ListView to display some restaurant names. Now when clicking on an item I'd like to start another activity to display more restaurant data. I'm not sure about how to do it. Shall I pass all the restaurant data in a bundle through the intent object? Or shall I just pass the restaurant id and get the data in the other activity? In that case, how can I access my restaurantList from the other activity? In any case, how can I get data from the restaurant I clicked on (the view only contains the name)? Any help, pointers welcome!     I would like to restrict access to certain URLs with htpasswd files, rather than folders, is this possible? For example, I wish to restrict the URL: www.example.com/pages/id/227/Restricted_Page But allow access to other URLs such as: www.example.com/pages/id/100/Normal_Page Is this possible? The "pages" part of the url refers to a pages.php file, and the "id" part is the function name in that file. The reason for wanting to do this is because of migrating existing restrict lists, in the form of htpasswd files from another site. Many thanks.
