Dynamic class annotation

Hi,
I want to annotate a class dynamically to make it the more generic as possible:
public class Test<T> {
@XmlAttribute(name = dynamicvalue)
T[] data;
public Test(String dynamicvalue) {
}
}
Is there any way to achieve something like this.
