It's working for the first element (objectid). Here is my ReqEx, which works fine: (?<=(rel="\{objectid:))\d+(?=[,|\}]) But i want to do somthing like this, which doesn't work: (?<=(rel="\{.*objectid:))\d+(?=[,|\}]) So i can parse every element of the search string.     I've got a ViewModel for adding a user with properties: Email, Password, ConfirmPassword with Required attribute on all properties. When editing a user I want the Password and ConfirmPassword properties not to be required. Is there a way to disable validation for certain properties in different controller actions, or is it just best to create a seperate EditViewModel?

    I have a javascript action on a div (asp.net panel) as an onkeypress attribute. This is the default action button on an asp.net Panel control. It contains the following: onkeypress="javascript:return WebForm_FireDefaultButton(event, 'ctl00_cp1_ucInvoiceSearch_btnSearch')" For some reason when I change my textbox to a jQuery textbox clicking enter no longer fires this div. Why and how can I hook it back up so when I enter text in the textbox and click enter it fires? Lloyd

  • JQuery validation not working for checkbox group

    I'm having trouble getting JQuery validation to work with a set of checkboxes. I'm generating the checkboxes using an ASP.NET checkboxlist, and I've used JQuery to set the 'name' attribute to the same thing for each checkbox in the list. Here's the code that gets written to the browser. I'm setting the 'validate' attribute on the 1st checkbox to set the rule that at least one checkbox must be selected. The JQuery validation works for all other elements on the form, but not for the checkbox list. I'm trying to enable the JQuery validation whilst being as unobtrusive as possible, so that pages will still work even if JQuery is disabled.     I'm trying to achieve something really basic but jquery isn't doing what I expect! I have a div with an id of "stuff". In the css I set the display attribute to "none" with the aim of changing it with jquery. This way the div is hidden unless the user has js enabled. My jquery code is simply $("#stuff").show(); unfortunately this isn't working and the div remains hidden.

    I want to add 2 handlers to a particular event like shown above. However this won't compile - 'attribute can be set more than once'. I have multiple methods because they do different things (are named appropriately). e.g. the first handler has nothing in common with the second. My other option was to kludge a SetFlagForCursorTrackingAndCheckForViewLink method - which is "Yech!". Any ideas ?

If I view the source, I see that the div is there, but with a display:none attribute. This lead me to think that there is an option somewhere to activate or deactivate this, but I cant find it.
