  We just upgraded from MonoRails 1 to MonoRails 2.0, and want to use the CombineJS as seen here: http://erichauser.net/2009/01/27/javascript-compression-for-monorail/ In Firebug Net, it loads as http://www.domain.com/MonoRail/Files/BuiltJS.rails?name=deflayout&version=8204059377542922030 But it has must-revalidate in the cache-control: Cache-Control public, must-revalidate, max-age=259200 How can I get rid of that?   I'm currently including my AppDelegate.h and all of my category headers into every one of my source files using the MyApp_Prefix.pch prefix header, instead of manually #importing them only where they are used. The category methods and lots of compiler #define's in my app delegate are used in lots of places in my code. Is there any down side to this? Is it just that compilation will take longer?

  I'm trying to set up a test project looking like my own project just to get things working first and it looks like this: /MainProject/inc/main.h /MainProject/src/main.cpp /LibProject/inc/test.h /LibProject/src/test.cpp I've found some tutorials, but I cant find out how to set up this when I have the inc and src folder? How would the CMakeLists.txt files look? Would I have one in /, one in each of the project folders? It seems like I dont need to have one in the inc and src folders?

  One of the sites i visit has an annoying habit of naming all their files showimage.php. When i save the image or file it saves as a .php so i cannot open the file. The worse part is, there is a &ext=zip&more=blah in the url. Is it possible to use greasemonkey to rename the file ext so it isnt php? (maybe injecting a content disposition header?)

  Hi, Is it feasible to play a number of FLV files at the same time on one SWF? Basically I have a brief to create a video banner with a number of FLVs of people playing at the same time but starting at different points in the videos. My concerns are with loading times, memory consumption and the starting of each FLV at a different point and looping it. The FLVs will be stored on a server and pseudo-streamed.
