• Rewrite subfolder URL so it appears differently

  I want to change the URL that appears when you go to: MYSUBDOMAIN.MYCOMPANY.COM/carbonated-milk/ to: carbonated-milk.com/ I'm trying to figure out what to put in my .htaccess folder to do this and I've been reading through all kinds of doc files and through other peoples' questions on stackoverflow but can't come up with an answer for this.   I'm trying to set up a test project looking like my own project just to get things working first and it looks like this: /MainProject/inc/main.h /MainProject/src/main.cpp /LibProject/inc/test.h /LibProject/src/test.cpp I've found some tutorials, but I cant find out how to set up this when I have the inc and src folder? How would the CMakeLists.txt files look? Would I have one in /, one in each of the project folders? It seems like I dont need to have one in the inc and src folders?

  We just upgraded from MonoRails 1 to MonoRails 2.0, and want to use the CombineJS as seen here: http://erichauser.net/2009/01/27/javascript-compression-for-monorail/ In Firebug Net, it loads as http://www.domain.com/MonoRail/Files/BuiltJS.rails?name=deflayout&version=8204059377542922030 But it has must-revalidate in the cache-control: Cache-Control public, must-revalidate, max-age=259200 How can I get rid of that? • Downside to including headers in every source file (Objective-C)

  I'm currently including my AppDelegate.h and all of my category headers into every one of my source files using the MyApp_Prefix.pch prefix header, instead of manually #importing them only where they are used. The category methods and lots of compiler #define's in my app delegate are used in lots of places in my code. Is there any down side to this? Is it just that compilation will take longer?

  One of the sites i visit has an annoying habit of naming all their files showimage.php. When i save the image or file it saves as a .php so i cannot open the file. The worse part is, there is a &ext=zip&more=blah in the url. Is it possible to use greasemonkey to rename the file ext so it isnt php? (maybe injecting a content disposition header?)

  Hi, Is it feasible to play a number of FLV files at the same time on one SWF? Basically I have a brief to create a video banner with a number of FLVs of people playing at the same time but starting at different points in the videos.
