August 20-21, 2010, at the Ameristar Conference Center in St. Charles, Missouri. Sessions will begin at 8:00 a.m. and run through 4:30 p.m. on both days. Registration and sign-in will open at 7:00 a.m. on Friday morning, and will run throughout the event.
