  • Export multiple values from a single Combo Box? (Adobe Acrobat)

    - by metashockwave
    I'm trying to export 2 values from every single item from the combo box field. I have found two methods to insert items into a combo box: 1) insertItemAt http://www.verypdf.com/document/acrobat-forms-javascript/pg_0048.htm 2) setItems http://livedocs.adobe.com/acrobat_sdk/9/Acrobat9_HTMLHelp/wwhelp/wwhimpl/common/html/wwhelp.htm?context=Acrobat9_HTMLHelp&file=JS_API_AcroJS.88.748.html but neither method allows two parameters (im always get "missing ) after argument list" error from the Acrobat JavaScript Debugger) Does anyone know of a better solution for this problem? Thanks!

  • Use Windbg find argumet passed to a COM+ method

    - by G33kKahuna
    Generated a debug diagnostic dump file for a COM+ application. Upon analysis look like threads deadlocks at line OLE32!SwitchSTA. My symbol path is pointing to msdl.microsoft.com/download/symbols. Is there way to know what arguments were passed to this method? In general, how does one use Windbg to find the input argument value to the method call? thanks in advance

  • Accessing Arguments, Workflow Variables from custom activities

    - by yang
    I have a workflow composed of many custom activities. All these activities need to access startup arguments of the workflow itself. I can define InArgument inside all these custom activities and bind the workflow arguments to custom activity arguments but I am not comfortable with this solution. What is the best way to access workflow level argument and variable declarations from custom activities. Can I get them from ActivityContext? Thanks.

  • Drupal UC "Quoting / Estimate" error

    - by Murtez
    Hi, I was playing around with Drupal UC and installed a module called "Quoting / Estimate" (http://drupal.org/project/quoting), I tried to run it and got this error: **warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, 'quoting_quote_clear_page' was given in /home/ergospec/public_html/d/includes/menu.inc on line 348** Has anyone run into this problem? Second question: anyone know of a good quotation module (where customer can request a price quote, not the brackets)? It doesn't have to be in Drupal. Any help is appreciated. Murtez

  • Destructuring assignment problem

    - by Eli Grey
    Why does for ([] in iterable); work fine but [void 0 for ([] in iterable)] throw a syntax error for invalid left-hand assignment? For example, I would expect the following code to work, but it doesn't (the assertion isn't even done due to the syntax error): let (i = 0, iterable = (i for (i in [1, 2, 3, 4]))) { for ([] in iterable) i++; console.assertNotGreater([void 0 for ([] in iterable)].length, i); }

  • C++ question on prime numbers.

    - by user278330
    Hello. I am trying to make a program that determines if the number is prime or composite. I have gotten thus far. Could you give me any ideas so that it will work? All primes will , however, because composites have values that are both r0 and r==0, they will always be classified as prime. How can I fix this? int main() { int pNumber, limit, x, r; limit = 0; x = 2; cout << "Please enter any positive integer: " ; cin >> pNumber; if (pNumber < 0) { cout << "Invalid. Negative Number. " << endl; return 0; } else if (pNumber == 0) { cout << "Invalid. Zero has an infinite number of divisors, and therefore neither composite nor prime." << endl; return 0; } else if (pNumber == 1) { cout << "Valid. However, one is neither prime nor composite" << endl; return 0; } else { while (limit < pNumber) { r = pNumber % x; x++; limit++; } if (r == 0) cout << "Your number is composite" << endl; else cout << "Your number is prime" << endl; } return 0; }

    Hi I have written a pgsql function along the lines of what's shown below. How can I get rid of the $1, $2, etc. and replace them with the real argument names to make the function code more readable? Regards Peter CREATE OR REPLACE FUNCTION InsertUser ( UserID UUID, FirstName CHAR(10), Surname VARCHAR(75), Email VARCHAR(75) ) RETURNS void AS $$ INSERT INTO "User" (userid,firstname,surname,email) VALUES ($1,$2,$3,$4) $$ LANGUAGE SQL;

  • Parsing Web Service Response in Oracle 9i

    - by zechariahs
    I'm having trouble parsing an XML response from a web service. I have a feeling this is due to a namespace issue. But, after 4 hours of research, trial-and-error, and head-banging I haven't been able to resolve it. Please help. My goal is to get a dbms_xmldom.DOMNodeList that contains "ERRORS" nodes. XML Response: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?> <soap:Envelope xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema"> <soap:Body> <GetMailDataResponse xmlns="https://www.customnamespacehost.com/webservicename"> <GetMailDataResult> <Errors xmlns=""> <ErrorDetail>Access Credentials Invalid</ErrorDetail> </Errors> </GetMailDataResult> </GetMailDataResponse> </soap:Body> Code: Unfortunately this code compiles but doesn't work. Error: "ORA-31013: Invalid XPATH expression." I believe this is due to the multiple namespaces defined in L_NS variable. I tried setting L_XPATH: "/soap:Envelope/soap:Body" and L_NS: "xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope"" but L_NL_RESULTS ends up being null. -- Variable Declarations -- P_XML XMLTYPE; L_CODE_NAME VARCHAR2(1000) := 'PKG_CIS_WS.FNC_STAGE_DATA'; L_XML_DOC dbms_xmldom.DOMDocument; L_NL_RESULTS dbms_xmldom.DOMNodeList; L_NL_DONOR_SCREENING_RESULTS dbms_xmldom.DOMNodeList; L_N_RESULT dbms_xmldom.DOMNode; L_XPATH VARCHAR2(4000); L_NS VARCHAR2(4000); L_TEMP VARCHAR2(4000); -- Code Snippet -- L_XML_DOC := dbms_xmldom.newDOMDocument(P_XML); L_XPATH := '/soap:Envelope/soap:Body/a:GetMailDataResponse/GetMailDataResult'; L_NS := 'xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope"' || 'xmlns:a="https://www.customnamespacehost.com/webservicename"'; L_NL_RESULTS := dbms_xslprocessor.selectNodes( dbms_xmldom.makeNode(L_XML_DOC) , L_XPATH , L_NS); if not DBMS_XMLDOM.ISNULL(L_NL_RESULTS) then FOR RESULTS_REC IN 0 .. dbms_xmldom.getLength(L_NL_RESULTS) - 1 LOOP L_N_RESULT := dbms_xmldom.item(L_NL_RESULTS, RESULTS_REC); L_TEMP := dbms_xmldom.GETNODENAME(L_N_RESULT); prc_bjm(L_CODE_NAME, 'L_TEMP = ' || L_TEMP, SQLCODE); dbms_xslprocessor.valueOf(L_N_RESULT, 'Errors/ErrorDetail/text()', L_TEMP); prc_bjm(L_CODE_NAME, 'L_TEMP = ' || L_TEMP, SQLCODE); END LOOP; else prc_bjm(L_CODE_NAME, 'No nodes for: ' || L_XPATH || '(' || L_NS || ')', SQLCODE); end if; -- if not DBMS_XMLDOM.ISNULL(L_NL_RESULTS)

  • Is it possible to configure a Spring session scoped bean with attributes from the session?

    - by Dave G
    I'm trying to create a service bean that when referenced will be initialized with HttpSession based attributes. Let's say for sake of argument that my webapp would do the following: Establish a session Request login & password When service is requested (it is scope="session" and has init-method="init()") a new instance is created for the session. In the init method, can I reference the HttpSession either through passing it in as a parameter and referencing it by EL? Any ideas on this would be appreciated.

  • Why Joda DateTimeFormatter cannot parse timezone names ('z')

    - by dimitrisli
    From DateTimeFormatter javadoc: Zone names: Time zone names ('z') cannot be parsed. Therefore timezone parsing like: System.out.println(new SimpleDateFormat("EEE MMM dd HH:mm:ss z yyyy").parse("Fri Nov 11 12:13:14 JST 2010")); cannot be done in Joda: DateTimeFormatter dtf = DateTimeFormat.forPattern("EEE MMM dd HH:mm:ss z yyyy"); System.out.println(dtf.parseDateTime("Fri Nov 11 12:13:14 JST 2010")); //Exception in thread "main" java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Invalid format: "Fri Nov 11 12:13:14 JST 2010" is malformed at "JST 2010" //at org.joda.time.format.DateTimeFormatter.parseDateTime(DateTimeFormatter.java:673)

  • Using a type parameter and a pointer to the same type parameter in a function template

    - by Darel
    Hello, I've written a template function to determine the median of any vector or array of any type that can be sorted with sort. The function and a small test program are below: #include <algorithm> #include <vector> #include <iostream> using namespace::std; template <class T, class X> void median(T vec, size_t size, X& ret) { sort(vec, vec + size); size_t mid = size/2; ret = size % 2 == 0 ? (vec[mid] + vec[mid-1]) / 2 : vec[mid]; } int main() { vector<double> v; v.push_back(2); v.push_back(8); v.push_back(7); v.push_back(4); v.push_back(9); double a[5] = {2, 8, 7, 4, 9}; double r; median(v.begin(), v.size(), r); cout << r << endl; median(a, 5, r); cout << r << endl; return 0; } As you can see, the median function takes a pointer as an argument, T vec. Also in the argument list is a reference variable X ret, which is modified by the function to store the computed median value. However I don't find this a very elegant solution. T vec will always be a pointer to the same type as X ret. My initial attempts to write median had a header like this: template<class T> T median(T *vec, size_t size) { sort(vec, vec + size); size_t mid = size/2; return size % 2 == 0 ? (vec[mid] + vec[mid-1]) / 2 : vec[mid]; } I also tried: template<class T, class X> X median(T vec, size_t size) { sort(vec, vec + size); size_t mid = size/2; return size % 2 == 0 ? (vec[mid] + vec[mid-1]) / 2 : vec[mid]; } I couldn't get either of these to work. My question is, can anyone show me a working implementation of either of my alternatives? Thanks for looking!

  • How to get short month names in Joda Time?

    - by Mr Morgan
    Hello Does anyone know if there's a method in Joda Time or Java itself which takes either an int or a String as an argument, e.g. 4 or "4" and gives the name of the month back in short format, i.e. JAN for January? I suppose long month names can be truncated and converted to upper case. Thanks Mr Morgan.

  • passing multiple vectors to function by reference (using structure)

    - by madman
    Hi StackOverflow, Can someone tell me the correct way of passing multiple vectors to a function that can take only a single argument? (specifically for pthread_create (..) function) I tried the following but it does not seem to work :-( First, I created the following structure struct ip2 { void* obj; int dim; int n_s; vector<vector<vector<double> > > *wlist; vector<int> *nrsv; struct model *pModel; }; The threads that I have created actually needs all these parameters. Since im using pthreads_create I put all this in a structure and then passed the pointer to the structure as an argument to pthread_create (as shown). some_fxn() { //some code struct ip2 ip; ip.obj=(void*) this; ip.n_s=n_s; ip.wlist=&wlist; ip.nrsv=&nrsv; ip.pModel=pModel; ip.dim=dim; pthread_create(&callThd1[lcntr], &attr1, &Cls::Entry, (void*) &ip); } The Entry method looks something like this. void* Cls::Entry(void *ip) { struct ip2 *x; x = (struct ip2 *)ip; (reinterpret_cast<Cls1 *>(x->obj))->Run(x->dim,x->n_s, x->wlist, x->nrsv, x->pModel); } The Run method looks something like this. void Run(int dim, int n_c, vector<vector<vector<double> > > *wlist, vector<int> *nrsv, struct model* pModel ) { //some code for(int k = 0; k < n_c; ++k) { //some code end = index + nrsv[k]; //some code } I get the following error when I try to compile the program. error: no match for ‘operator+’ in ‘index + *(((std::vector<int, std::allocator<int> >*)(((unsigned int)k) * 12u)) + nrsv)’ Can someone tell me how to do it the right way. Madhavan
