  Hi, Can anyone recommend a good FREE shipping application where I can get rates from different courier services, and perform tracking of packages. If there aren't any free ones, do the courier services themselves have API's or webservices of their own? So What Possibly can I do when I want to locked it programmatically ? Using Enabled = False will greyed out all controls within it and this is not what I wanna to be. Any Suggestions ?

Everything I've Googled has pointed to mySQL Proxy but I can only seem to capture the database a connection was opened to, not which the current query is being issued against. Is it even possible? I'd like to reduce calls to the remote server by reading a cache file on my web server, then after some time, retrieving a new copy of the remote file. Is this an accepted practice for reading remote XML files, then parsing? Can anyone offer some suggestions on how to go about this in PHP, or perhaps there are some PEAR classes that deal with this?

  I need to get an Android app to interface with an XML webservice (it's really just a request which returns XML), but as the data is large and includes some things I don't need (like a huge description block), I was thinking of transforming it via a server into a format that would be good for Android, and also to be reduced considering it will be used in a low bandwidth area. Does anyone have any suggestions for a good lightweight protocol? I'm especially thinking about libraries for Android that already exist for say REST or even delimited data.

• Why nginx doesn't have log for mobile request which is developed under Titanium Appcelerator?

  I have sent a request from both iphone and android platform to nginx server nginx/0.7.67 + Phusion Passenger 2.2.15 with this code in ruby: log_format main '$remote_addr - $remote_user [$time_local] "$request" ' '$status $body_bytes_sent "$http_referer" ' '"$http_user_agent" "$http_x_forwarded_for"'; but when I check on /conf/nginx.conf file I didn't see any log appears. However when I request from computer browser, I can see the log in nginx.conf file. Any one has met this problem and please give me some suggestions? Thank you.

  I need to render an ASP page to a string from an MVC controller action. I can use Server.Execute() to render a .aspx page, but not a .asp page. Here's what I'm using: public ActionResult Index() { Server.Execute("/default.asp"); return new EmptyResult(); } which returns `No http handler was found for request type 'GET'` Any suggestions? I can do something similar with with a web request, but I'd rather avoid the overhead of a loopback request.

  Hey Guys Im looking for a jquery or ajax file uploader, Im currently using the FancyUploader which worked great until Flash brought out their update making all flash progress bars absolete, now whenever I try to upload large files... it will fill the progress bar to 100% in a matter of seconds even though the actual upload finished minutes after. So im now looking for a new uploading script that DOESNT require flash but can still display the progress. Any suggestions?
