• Changing PerformancePoint Time Intelligence Post Formula Default Value

  Is there a way to change the default value of the Time Intelligence Post Formula?? I have a Dashboard where I use From Date and To Date filters, to calculate the values between the user selected period, for those filters I use the Time Intelligence Post Formula,however the default when the user enters the page is always today's date on both filters. (and from today to today analysis doesn't make sense for this) What I would like to to is have a From Date be something like 30 days before today's date, but not forced on the report receiving the filters, I just want the filter to have a default value and then let the user choose whatever he wants. Anybody knows of something that can be done, or this just can't be done?

  Hello! I'm embedding a svg-graphic on my website and i'd like to manipulate the rest of the website with javascript-commands which are in the svg - though i'm not sure if this is possible. Let me elaborate: I've got a worldmap in svg, i want to click on a country and this click should run an ajax-call and load relevant information of this country into a div in the html site where the svg is embedded. "onclick="location.href='xxx'"" redirects to the respective site which is fine, but i'd prefer to run a js-function that fetches the site with ajax - but running a javascript-function in the svg only seems to work for functions and elements defined in the svg, not outside of it. Is it basically possible to manipulate anything outside the svg through a js-function in the svg? How? Regards Christian

  I'm trying to write a Greasemonkey script to update the onclick value of a bunch of links on a page. The HTML looks like this: <a onclick="OpenGenericPopup('url-99.asp','popup',500,500,false)" href="javascript:void(0)">text</a> I need to update the url-99.asp part of the Javascript into something like urlB-99.asp.   hi, I have this weird problem that I cannot handle myself. A class in the model of my mvp-project designed as singleton causes an InvalidCastException. The source of error is found in this code line where the deserialised object is assigned to the instance variable of the class: engineObject = (ENGINE)xSerializer.Deserialize(str); It occurs whenever I try to add one of my UserControls to a Form or to a different UC. All of my UCs have a special presenter that access the above mentioned instance variable of the singleton class. This is what I get when trying to add a UC somewhere: 'System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for 'MVP.Model.EngineData' threw an exception. ---- System.InvalidCastException: [A]Engine cannot be cast to [B]Engine.   I'm pretty new to the EDM, so bear with me. I have a windows form that has a DataGridView on it that's bound from the EDM I created. I figured out how to update my changes fine, but it's when the user creates a new row that I'm having a problem. I tried numerous ways and many google searches, but came up with nothing so far. • C# rounding DateTime objects

  I want to round dates/times to the nearest interval for a charting application. I'd like an extension method signature like follows so that the rounding can be acheived for any level of accuracy: static DateTime Round(this DateTime date, TimeSpan span); The idea is that if I pass in a timespan of ten minutes, it will round to the nearest ten minute interval. I can't get my head around the implementation and am hoping one of you will have written or used something similar before. I think either a floor, ceiling or nearest implementation is fine. Any ideas? I release or autorelease them properly. The app crashes immediately if I don't retain these, because of an early release I guess. It also crashes if I add another release.

• Schema objects not visible in SQL Server Management Studio 2008

  I'm experiencing a weird problem with a SQL login. When I connect to the server in Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (2008) using this account, I cannot see any of the tables, stored procedures etc. that this account should have access to on a particular database. When I connect to the same server within Visual Studio (2008) with the same account everything is there. When I connect with the same account on a Virtual Machine everything is there. I've also had a co-worker connect to the server using the same login and he's able to view everything as well. I use Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio all day connecting to different servers and databases and I've never experienced this problem. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can diagnose this problem? I've checked to make sure I don't have any Table filters etc. There's several database on this server and I'm able to see the correct tables that this account has access to in the other databases just fine. Running this query lists the tables I'm expecting to see. SELECT * FROM INFORMATION_SCHEMA.TABLES

• Recognize objects in image

  Hello I am in the process of doing a school project, where we have a robot driving on the ground in between Flamingo plates. We need to create an algorithm that can identify the locations of these plates, so we can create paths around them (We are using A Star for that). So far have we worked with AForged Library and we have created the following class, the only problem with this is that when it create the rectangles dose it not take in account that the plates are not always parallel with the camera border, and it that case will it just create a rectangle that cover the whole plate. So we need to some way find the rotation on the object, or another way to identify this. • How to make radio button options dependent on other radio button choices using Mootools?

  I have a form where there are 6 items, each of which can be ranked from 1-6 in order of importance. Here's a screenshot. Basically, I need to set it up so that if one item gets a ranking of 3 (for example), then "3" becomes disabled for all the other items. Therefore, the user should only be able to select a number that hasn't already been selected for each item (so we can ensure that the items really will be ranked 1-6 and no numbers will be repeated for different items).   Ok, so I'm aware of this issue: When SET ANSI_NULLS is ON, all comparisons against a null value evaluate to UNKNOWN SQL And NULL Values in where clause SQL Server return Rows that are not equal < to a value and NULL However, I am trying to query a DataTable. I could add to my query: OR col_1 IS NULL OR col_2 IS NULL for every column, but my table has 47 columns, and I'm building dynamic SQL (string concatenation), and it just seems like a pain to do that. Is there another solution? I was to bring back all the rows that have NULL values in the WHERE comparison. UPDATE Example of query that gave me problems: string query = col_1 not in ('Dorothy', 'Blanche') and col_2 not in ('Zborna', 'Devereaux') grid.DataContext = dataTable.Select(query).CopyToDataTable(); (didn't retrieve rows if/when col_1 = null and/or col_2 = null)

  Often I am creating pivot tables that summarize some count by some category. Let's say I am counting Yes/No responses by some category. I usually add the count field and display it as a "% of row", and then create a pivot chart. However, if I want to sort one of the columns, say "Yes", Excel sorts by the underlying count, not the calculated percentage. Any way around this?

• OpenGL FrameBuffer Objects weird behavior

  My algorithm is this: Render the scene to a FBO with shadow mapping from multiple locations Render the scene to the screen with shadow mapping ...black magic that I still have to imlement... Combine the samples from step 1 with the image from step 2 I'm trying to debug steps 1 and 2 and am coming across STRANGE behavior. My algorithm for each shadow mapped pass is: render the scene to a FBO connected to a depth array texture from the POV of each light render the scene from the viewpoint and use vertex/frag shaders to compare the depths When I run my algorithm this way: render from point to FBO render from point to screen glutSwapBuffers() The normal vectors in the screen pass appear to be incorrect (inverted possibly). I'm pretty sure that's the issue because my diffuse lighting calculation is incorrect, but the material colors are correct, and the shadows appear in the correct places. So, it seems like the only thing that could be the culprit is the normals. However if I do render from point to FBO render from point to Screen glutSwapBuffers() //wrong here render from point to Screen glutSwapBuffers() the second pass is correct. I assume there's a problem with my framebuffer calls. Can anyone see what the problem is from the log below? Its from a bugle trace grepped for 'buffer' with a few edits to make it a little more clear. Thanks! • Nhibernate: Don't fetch when accessing a child objects primary key

  Hi, Is there a way in NHibernate to get the foreign key of a child object, without fetching the child object? EG. I have User and UserRole. Can I access User.UserRole.UserRoleId without causing another hit on the database to retrieve UserRole? I realize I can set fetch mode to eager and this will stop it from hitting the database again, but theoretically this shouldn't be needed, as the User table has UserRoldId in it. Thanks in advance.

• Getting Greyscale pixel value from RGB colourspace in Java using BufferedImage

  Anyone know of a simple way of converting the RGBint value returned from <BufferedImage> getRGB(i,j) into a greyscale value? I was going to simply average the RGB values by breaking them up using this; int alpha = (pixel >> 24) & 0xff; int red = (pixel >> 16) & 0xff; int green = (pixel >> 8) & 0xff; int blue = (pixel) & 0xff; and then average red,green,blue. But i feel like for such a simple operation I must be missing something...

• Internet speed showing high value but never felt that speed [closed]

  I use Reliance Netconnect+ in my Toshiba Satellite laptop. My OS is Windows 7 Ultimate. I've seen speeds up to 1500 kbps when travelling and have an average speed of 400 kbps at my room premises. I'm sorry, I've never felt that much speed while browsing or downloading. Sometimes I think some other programs are also sharing the same network. It is just showing 200 or 500 kbps but I feel 25 or 50 kbps. Is there any way to prevent them? I use Google Chrome downloaded from Google site. Please suggest me some solutions.
