    Hi, I am using Asterisk 1.4 server and I have created a desktop client using the Asterisk.NET Library. I am able to log into the AMI (as a manager) using Asterisk.Net, but I cannot find a way to send the REGISTER command using the AMI, to share my client's location information with the server. I want to know an AMI or a CLI command that can send a REGISTER request to the Asterisk Server. Thanks

The updates are not biderectional. I just want changes to be reflected from client(DB1) to server(DB2). How do i achieve this using C# .NET ? Can anyone provide an example ?

    Hi, does anyone know of a very simple SQL Server client tool - that does the same basic functions as Management Studio (i.e. choose a database and run a query - doesn't need an Object Explorer, or anything fancy)? Ideally it would be great to have a single exe or zip file version that I could take around on a USB key - anything to avoid installing the full set of SQL Server client tools all the time! I looked at the samples in February release of Azure services kit but the samples in there are using HttpWebRequest and HttpWebResponse to consume SQL Data Services RESTfully. I was hoping to use ADO.NET Data Service Client library to abstract low-level details away.

Why should I use Solr PHP client when I can use: $serializedResult = file_get_contents( 'http://localhost:8983/solr/select?q=niklas&wt=phps'); to get the result in arrays and then print them out? I don't really get the difference. Are there any richer features with the PHP client?

Is there anything similar for Java Spring MVC 3.0? Is it possible to inject a component into the response pipeline that can inspect the model's annotated properties and render client side validation logic to complement the server side validation logic that is invoked prior to the controller handling the request?

    I lack understanding of how does the generated proxy class object (CGLib enhanced POJO) is transferred to the remote client and still pertains its ability to generate Lazy Init. Exceptions. Does that mean that there is some kind of contract that all the transferred objects of some kind of class (a proxy) will be reinstantiated as proxies again? Where does the client obtain those generated classes? Sorry, but I totally do not understand.
