  The Ubuntu page for my device states the following at the bottom (Known Issues) PowerTOP reports that the module for the 10/100/1000 interface wakes the processor 100+x/sec, accounting for 50% of wakeups on an idle system. This dramatically shortens battery life. One potential solution is to unload this module if you only use wireless. I only use wireless, but I could not find instructions to "unload the module". I have a feeling if I try something related to this, but not the same, battery life will not improve and my eth0 won't work. Anyone have a good guide on this?

  There is a site of ill-repute known as thedirty which has completely mirrored my site and now has links appearing on Google at the #1 spot using my content. I checked my log files and noticed that this site has been crawling mine for sometime, and also has 10,000 links from their site to mine. I have blocked user access which is referred from this site and reported them as web spam to Google already. I also disavowed the domain. How are they getting top links in Google (even overtaking mine) for such nefarious tactics? What are the steps to completely eliminating an issue such as this?

  I'm writing code simulating the 2-dimensional motion of two massive bodies with gravitational fields. The bodies' masses are known and I have a gravitational force equation. I know from that force I can get a differential equation for coordinates. I know that I once I solve this equation I will get the coordinates. I will need to make up some initial position and some initial velocity. I'd like to end up with a numeric solver for the ordinal differential equation for coordinates to get the formulas that I can write in code.   In unity, if I click an icon in the launcher with multiple windows open it doesn't show me all open windows for that application. However, this works in unity2d. If I firstly open two windows of firefox in A, as I mentioned above, second click on the firefox icon does nothing. But after I open a window of firefox in B, the second click on the firefox icon in workspace A magically works!! And then, I open two terminal in workspace C, second click doesnot work until I open another terminal window in D. So, it seems that the second click only work if the application be opened more than one workspace.
