  • How can I call a function at the very end of document.ready

    I have multiple document.ready functions on a page and I want a function to be called when all my document.ready functions have been executed. I simply want the function to be called at the very end, after all other document.ready functions have executed. An example of this could be that each document.ready function increments a global variable when it has been executed, and the last function needs to check the value of that variable at the very end. Any ideas ?

    Hi, I'm a relative novice to regular expressions (although I've used them many times successfully). I want to find all links in a document that do not end in ".html" The regular expression I came up with is: href=\"([^"]*)(?<!html)\" In Notepad++, my editor, href=\"([^"]*)\" finds all the links (both those that end in "html" and those that do not). Why doesn't negative lookbehind work? I've also tried lookahead: href=\"[^"]*(?!html\") but that didn't work either. Can anybody help? Cheers, grovel

  • JQUERY Effect highlight, control the Start & End colors

    I have the following: $(".notifycell_email_dailydigest").effect('highlight'); The element I want to highlight is over a gray background. Problem is the highlight goes from Yellow to white, and has this ugly slow pause at the end on the white which makes the animation look horrible. How can I modify the highlighy to start with the yellow but end on the gray so it matches the background? Thanks

    By @user.posts, I can see there is a post with :unfinished status. But @user.posts.where('status = ?', :unfinished).all returns an empty array. I've tried to invoke @user.reload first, but it doesn't resolve the problem.   • When does a PHP script end?

    In my mind, a web app something that runs continuously; therefore, I'm confused by documentation pages that talk about the "end" of a PHP script (eg this one). Such references seem to refer to the end of each web request, but if the script ends there, doesn't that mean that the OS has to setup a whole new process for each request? That seems unlikely, because spinning up a whole new process is expensive, and be very inefficient for the whole site.

I have an link which animates some div-s height when its hovered... but div has big height and it goes beyond the visible bottom end of the screen so i have to scroll to see the data and when i scroll I leave the hover area and so the div toggles it's height to 0px... how to make automatic scroll to the end of the div when it toggles...     Hi A certain EndPoint in a web service is not likely to change a lot, also it had a problem which we worked around by putting a static wsdl to the whole web service like this <serviceMetadata httpGetEnabled="true" httpGetUrl="" externalMetadataLocation="http://IP:8250/wsdl.xml"/> Now I want the rest of end points to have a wsdl dynamically created, and one end point which require a static WSDL. I think this is impossible because there is one WSDL per WCF service.

I can get this: select dateadd(qq, datediff(qq, 0, getdate()), 0) as quarterStart which gives me: '10-1-2010' and I use this for one second before midnight of a given day: select DateAdd(second, -1, DateAdd(day, DateDiff(day, 0, @d))+1, 0) ) AS DayEnd in the end, a quarterEnd method would give me '12-31-2010 23:59:00'
