• Aptana studio won`t load ?

  i`m using a standalone version of Aptana and i have just finished reformatting when i tried to launch Aptana i got this error "Could not launch the product because the specified workspace cannot be created. The specified workspace directory is either invalid or read-only." how can i solve this ?

I'm aware there other other questions pertaining to good books for short references of function names, or detailed beginner guides to these systems. I'm looking for something different. I want a book that I can either use as a quick but in-depth (decent write up, not a pocket reference guide) reference to common functions (JOINS, string manipulation, Regular Expressions, etc) while also providing a detailed inner workings explanation on the system itself.

  Right now my Boolean values for my JTable display as JCheckBoxes. This would normally be fine but I would like to display them as either an alternative String or image. I can get them to display as true/false but I would like to display them as a checkmark (?) if true and nothing if false. Possibly an image but lets do a String first...

• Copying eclipse projects through command line?

  Hi, Does anyone know if it is possible to copy an existing project into a new, created workspace on the fly? I can create the workspace already through command line. I am thinking I either need to copy the whole project into another workspace (possible through command line?) or create a new project and copy the .classpath and .project folders.   I don't even know if a solution exists or not. Here is the problem in detail. You are a program that is accepting an infinitely long stream of characters (for simplicity you can assume characters are either 1 or 0). At any point, I can stop the stream (let's say after N characters were passed through) and ask you if the string received so far is a palindrome or not. How can you do this using less sub-linear space and/or time.

  if I have 4 variables startTime; endTime; startMerid; endMerid; startMarid and endMarid are either going to be 'AM' or 'PM'. but startTime and endTime are going to be strings like 'dd:dd' so it may be start:12:30 PM and end:5:30 PM How can I validate that the end time is not before the start time? • TFS - What security would allow me to 'Add files' in one project and not the other?

  In TFS Source Control Explorer, in some projects the "New Folder" and "Add Files" icons are visibles, and for other projects they are not. I'm a contributor in both, and I can check in solutions in both, and not an admin for either. What could possibly be making the icons go "dim". Is it security? Or some other combination of rules?

The theme stays the same, I just want skin A to apply when a certain browser is used, and skin B when another browser is used.   This seems quite odd. I have a Datagrid (.net 3.5 cf) that I bind to either a List or Inventory[]. When I click on a row and then hit a button to perform an action when I bind to a List CurrentRowIndex is -1. When I bind to Inventory[] and perform the same action CurrentRowIndex comes back with the selected row why is that?? grdBatch.DataSource = InventoryItems.ToArray(); vs grdBatch.DataSource = InventoryItems;
