  • Programmatically create properties - Out of a database table

    I already googled around to find a solution for my need, with no success. Let's say I've a table that looks like this: ID |KeyId |Name |Description 1 |153 |Currency |XXXXXXXX 2 |68 |Signature |YYYYYYYY 3 |983 |Contact |ZZZZZZZZ . Now I want to access theses values not by a collection, because I cannot remember all the values, let's say for the name. So this is not what I want: Values.Where(v = v.Name == "Currency").Select(v = v.KeyId); The table content changes rarely but still it is not a nice solution having a struct with all "Names" and getting the KeyId like this. struct Values { public static int Currency { get { return GetKeyId("Currency"); } } } I'm looking for a solution that creates me automatically properties out of this table. So that I can access the KeyId with intellisense. As you have for Resources in ASP.NET. There the class is automatically updated as soon as you add a new entry in the RESX file. For example: Values.Currency , this gives me back the corresponding KeyId. Thanks for reply

    In my remote bare repository the HEAD is pointing to "refs/heads/master" and I want it to point to "refs/heads/other". I am not able to go to remote repository directory and run git symbolic-ref. Is there any git command to achieve it? Or any other way? If there is no way, does Github allow to change the HEAD? Thanks in advance.

    I need to convert a credit card expire field from MMYY to a date field I can use in a MS SQL query so I can compute when credit cards are expiring in the future. Basically, I need to go from MMYY to MM/DD/YYYY, where the day part could just be '01' (the first of the month). I'm looking for credit cards that are expiring next month from a database. The problem I'm running into is when next month is the first month of the next year.     Hello, I'm a bit stumped here, I'm trying to make it so an image (already in the drawable folder) gets created everytime you touch the screen and removed when the finger is lifted. I have the touch part coded already, overriding the onTouch method with a couple switch cases that handle each type of action (down, up, move, etc). But I can't for the life of me figure out how to make the image appear and then disappear with the coordinates (matrix?) of where the finger is. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    I am developing a navigation menu in silverlight that has 6 images. As you mouseover each image grows and clicking on an image will take you to a page on the website. The customer I am doing this for decided that straight rectangular images were boring and I showed him a design where I have slanted each image so each one is now a rhomboid shape. Horizontal top and bottom with sides slanting about 30deg from vertical. I have been unable to figure out any way of growing each image on mouseover without putting a white block over the adjacent images. Would be grateful for any pointers.

Of course that will ruin my web appearance. I change new HTML with new ScrolPanel(new HTML) seems not working. so How can I Format my FlexTable? is there any option beside flextable or scrollpanel?

    Hi there I am not sure if the title has the correct terms, I have a developer and am very new to cubes. I have a cube which has data associated to materials that are broken down into chemical compounds. For example a rock material has 10% of this chemical and 10% of that chemical, etc. Samples are taken daily and sample is a dimension with date, etc. So, the measure needs to average by the sample dimension but needs to sum across the chemical compound dimension (To add up to 100% for example). Is this at all possible?
