    Hello i've just started exploring hbase i've run 2 samples : SampleUploader from examples and PerformanceEvaluation as given in hadoop wiki: http://wiki.apache.org/hadoop/Hbase/MapReduce Well, my application involves updating huge amount of data once a day.. i need samples that store and retrieve rows based on timestamp and make an analysis over the data could u please provide r poinnters as to how to continue as i dont find many tutorials on samples using TIMESTAMP thank u a lot sammy

    Hello I want to change default post search order to order: sample cat 1 sample post from cat 1 sample post from cat 1 sample cat 2 sample post from cat 2 sample post from cat 3 sample cat 3 etc.. So... I want to define category order and in search results will be sorted for this order and in category order will be date DESC. Only posts (no categories) will be visible. Anybody have any idea?

    Hello, I have two (Eclipse-) projects. Project A depends on project B, but the projects aren't nested i.e. project A is not a subproject of project B. Apache Ivy is responsible for the dependency management. When I run the compile task in Project A, is there any way to trigger the compile task (in project B) automatically (for example if the jar file of project B doesn't exist)? There are some rather good papers of ethernet latency, but they cover only latency sources in the wire and switch (and rather cursory, only for specific switch). What steps of processing does follow a packet? Papers with deep latency analysis of usual ping (icmp) will be useful too. I rely on community :)

    Hello, I was wondering if there are any free / open source solutions that will start and stop a windows service based on load? I have some pubsub subscriber services that do background work which is not critical. Ideally i would like tot be able to automate things so that these services could start if memory/cpu/disk i/o was under a certain threshold and stop gracefully if that threshold was met.
