  i need to set cookies in my page, but it returns Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home1/bsam/public_html/24kadr/index.php:1) in /home1/bsam/public_html/24kadr/basic_login.php on line 35 on line 1 i have include 'basic_login.php'; but even if i remoove include, ir returns the same warning on session_start, or mysql_connect. so i think these all functions use header when calling, but what can i do? at least i need to connect to database, and just after it i need to use setcookie(). so what can i do? thanks

• .htaccess rewrite issue with P

  This is a followup for this question. When I used the proxy flag, I did not know all of its effects. Now I have two more problems, which need to be fixed! The main problem is with user IP addresses, everyone appears to use the server IP. I can't trust http-x-forwarded-for because it is easy to forge headers, and the REMOTE_ADDR just shows the server IP. I used the P flag because it acted as a mask, but Google loads everything with the actual URL. How can I use this subdomain rewrite without the P flag? It needs to be internal. My question is: how can I get cString to return the SuperClass class, rather than the SubClass class? Since the SubClass is alloc'd/init'd, is this not possible? Thanks!

  I have a script that sends a request to an HTTP server. (My thought is BaseHTTPServer automatically closes connection when the last part in "do_GET()" is computed, but I prevent this by restarting the script.) If I'm right, how do I close the connection? If not, what else might be the problem? Edit: The server script HAS to restart the entire program.

  I'm writing a simple Greasemonkey script to strip out all the images, headings and paragraphs from a web page (it's because someone wants to use images of several popular websites with the images and text removed in a presentation about branding of websites). • Why is Django sending the wrong email template?

  I'm so baffled... I keep staring at this code, looking for the typo, but I can't find it! template = 'emails/transporter_joined' tt = loader.get_template(template+'.txt') c = Context({'user':user, 'fee': settings.FEE * Decimal('100.00'),'settings':settings}) e = EmailMultiAlternatives('Activate Your Account', tt.render(c), '[email protected]', [user.email]) try: ht = loader.get_template(template+'.html') e.attach_alternative(ht.render(c), 'text/html') except: pass e.send() First it should load the 'emails/transporter_joined.txt' template, and adds that to the email. And then it tries to load a '.html' version and attaches that too. In Gmail you can see the the "original email" with both emails, and all the headers in plain text. It very clearly shows the .txt version twice. the .html and .txt files are definitely different. What am I doing wrong here? If I replace this tt = loader.get_template(template+'.txt') With .html instead, then it sends the .html twice... it must be Django that's screwing up, no?

• Facebook iframe app redirecting https to http, how?

  I'm trying to get an app working within Facebook, but it seems that no matter what I try including forcing just https in the app settings (see screen shot), the iframe source (Facebooks canvas) seems to change the https address to http (301) which is then producing SEC7111: HTTPS security errors in IE? • Redirect issues

  Whoever wrote the navigation for the site I’m currently working on (classic asp) points the navigation links to a folder, then inside to folder has an index.asp file, so the urls will look something like this www.mysite.com/myfolder/mysubfolder Now, when watch the page load using httpfox, I notice that the first entry is a 302 redirect to the same address with a “/” on the end, so www.mysite.com/myfolder gets redirected to www.mysite.com/myfolder/ (note the / on the end). I’m not to worried that it’s a 302 since its in the admin section of the site, but when I forward the host headers from ISA server, for an https request, its being redirected from https://www.mysite.com/myfolder to http://www.mysite.com:443/myfolder/ and causing all kinds of problems. Anyway, I can’t seem to find any code making this redirect happen, so does IIS 6 do this because the url points to a folder? Or do I need to comb through the code more closely?

• Need some help setting up subdomains for my site

  I'm setting up my website and want to have it so all subdomain requests are rewritten to the appropriate subdirectory. For example http://projects.karimsa.net/ -> http://karimsa.net/projects/ But I want to use the Apache rewrite mod to do this so that the URL in the browser stays the same. But when I go to the URL, it gives me a server misconfiguration error, my provider's default webpage. What I should see is the index.php under /projects/. What am I doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated, thanks for reading. Addition: I realized I forgot to mention some of the problem. The domain 'karimsa.net' is parked at 'karimsa.x10.mx'. If I set up the same configuration on 'projects.karimsa.x10.mx', the rewrite and CNAME work. But on the parked domain I still get the default webpage.

• Visual Studio scratch disk behavior

  I don't know if this feature exists, but I'd like a way to control Visual Studio 2010's scratch disk behavior (other than completely turning off intellisense). Right now it creates a massive .sdf file in the project folder (50MB+), and then it goes and creates an IPCH folder with 60MB+ of precompiled headers. All that's well and good while VS is running, but after it exits, I really would like the disk back. Is there a way to configure vs 2010 to Use the same location (%AppData%\VSScratch) for scratch disk files (so its easier to blow it away?) Automatically delete .sdf /ipch on exit? I know they don't delete them because its faster to startup.. but if you delete them yourself, startup time isn't that much increased..

  In Xcode 4, I can press Ctrl-6 to get a list of all the methods in the current file. The problem is, if I have private methods declared at the top of my implementation file, say: @interface Foo () -(void)tap:(id)sender; @end @implementation Foo ... -(void)tap:(id)sender { ... } then starting to type "tap" while the method list is visible will just take me to the declaration, since it comes first in the file, when what I really want is the implementation. Is there any way to exclude these declarations from the method list or do I need to resort to separate Foo.h and Foo+Private.h headers? Thanks!

• How can I find if an arbitrary process is running under wow64?

  I need a tool which will discover whether an arbitrary process is running in x86 or x64 mode on a machine. I need to do this programatically from C++, based on a process ID. There has to be some way to do this (as you can clearly see it from the task manager). Does anyone know of a windows api that will tell you, given a process ID, whether the application is running under wow64? Another approach would be to figure out, based on the process id, the executable name/path that is running and try to read the PE headers out of the file. Does anyone have a code snippet that would accomplish that?

  Hi, having a raw email as input (i.e. the text between "DATA" and "." sent by a smtp client) I need to extract the mail content (which I know is always text only) as plain text. This means decoding transfer encoding (if any: could be base64 or quoted-printable), merging mutiparts (if any), and stripping headers. I tried various tools that would do that: mewdecode, uudecode, uudeview... I only managed to get this last one to work, but it won't output anything if the mail is not MIME encoded and it stores its output in an unpredictable (nor forceable) filename, so it's hard to use it in a not-interactive shell script. Since this is a pretty common job (every mail client have to do that), it's weird it's so complicated. Do you have some hints? (Actually, forcing uudeview to output in a certain file would be good enough). Thank you!

  I have a menu with submenus that can be toggled (hide/show type deal). Is there a relatively easy way to remember last state of the menu? (I hide/show submenu when clicking on a header and change a style of the header so the background arrow will change (up/down)). It works fine, but I'd like it to remember last state, so when user goes to another page on the site and gets back, the menu shows the same way as user left it. I'm not really good with cookies so any help will be appreciated. Yeah, menu is generated dynamically from the db using PHP. There are now only 2 headers with submenus, but there will be more so I'd need some method that's "scalable" for any number of submenus. • how do i detect \r\n in a u_char type of buffer?

  i am trying to construct http content from packet sniffing in C. right now i am able to save all the packets in a file but i want to get rid of the headers in the first packet. they are also being saved as per they are a part of tcp payload. the actual body after the header starts after double "crlf" or \r\n\r\n in http response. how do i detect \r\n so that i can only save the following part of the buffer in the file. the buffer is u_char type. i cant figure out the command or the part i looked on google and other places but i mostly find c# commands, nothing in C.
